The TIC Council Ethics and Legal Committee monitors legal and compliance developments affecting the Profession on behalf of members. It reviews TIC Council’s own publications and internal Regulations, ensures that the TIC Council Compliance Code remains adequate and conducts legal seminars for members as the need arises. The Ethics and Legal Committee provides the legal framework for the TIC Council Membership.
