TIC Council China Members Support Rural Revitalisation in Gansu

On July 17–18, TIC Council China members actively responded to an initiative launched by China's State Administration for Market Regulation (SAMR), donating poverty alleviation funds to support rural revitalisation in Yacheng Town, Lixian County, Gansu Province.

Lixian County is located in a rather remoted part of Northwest China. It had just emerged from national poverty status in 2020 and was designated in 2021 as a priority county under the National Rural Revitalisation Initiative. Despite abundant agricultural and livestock resources, local economic and indutrial development remains limited.

Thanks to the generosity of our members—AHK, DEKRA, CCIC, KIWA, and NOA—the donated funds will directly support local farmers through the purchase of agricultural products, promoting sustainable economic growth and community prosperity.

TIC Council China continues to leverage testing, inspection, and certification (TIC) to drive responsible business practices and meaningful social impact.
