The TIC Council attaches great importance to the growing TIC industry in China and keeps regular dialogues with local governments at different levels. The establishment of the China office in December 2021 in Shanghai strenghtens the connection between members and public authorities, as well as among each other.
Thanks to the expertise and competence of its members, TIC China aims to promote best practices in safety, quality, health, ethics and sustainability and improve the high-quality development of the TIC industry in China.
The TIC Council brings together more than 90 member-companies and organizations from around the world and are present in over 160 countries. The global members with presence in China include: AHK, Bureau Veritas, CCIC, China Leon Inspection, Cotecna, Dekra, HQTS, Intertek, Ningbo LTI, Rina, SGS, Sunchine Inspection, TÜV Austria, TÜV NORD, TÜV Rheinland, TÜV SUD and UL Solutions.
