TIC Council is recruiting a Membership and Compliance Intern to support with membership approval process, annual compliance reporting and coordination of legal and administrative requirements of upcoming meetings. The successful applicant will work closely with the membership and compliance team. The internship position will run for six months and a monthly allowance will be provided.

 

Starting date: May 2025

 

Responsibilities

  • Respond to membership enquiries, review and track membership applications
  • Assist with completing, sending, tracking & reviewing Membership Renewal Declarations
  • Guide members with implementation of TIC Council Compliance Code
  • Guide & instruct members on how to use the Portal platform dedicated to annual reporting
  • Assist with tracking & reviewing members’ compliance documents
  • Ensure administrative procedures are in line with legal requirements for upcoming meetings
  • Assist in the preparation of Annual General Assembly and Global Board Meetings
  • Assist in capturing the minutes of the Annual General Assembly and the Global Board meeting
  • Assist with preparation of Ethics & Legal committee meetings
  • Assist in capturing the minutes of the Ethics and Legal committee meetings

 

Profile

  • Masters degree - preferred fields of study: Law
  • Strong interest in Corporate Social Responsibility and business integrity policies
  • Fluency required in English (oral and written) and one other European language
  • Excellent writing, editing and oral communications skills
  • Quick learner who can easily adapt to the fast-paced workplace
  • Conscientious, responsible, ability to work independently and as a part of a team
  • Positive attitude, detail-oriented, independent, flexible, energetic, motivated, team-player
  • Work experience/internship in a relevant field is an asset
  • Strong problem-solving skills
