This second webinar will focus on the Liability and Insurance of Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC) companies. It will aim at providing insights and lessons learnt on direct damages, indirect damages or consequential loss, indemnification and insurance.
The third and last part of the series, scheduled in December, will take a deep dive into Forum and Applicable Law.
