TIC Council is pleased to announce the publication of the Guidelines to Align Taxonomy-related Disclosures of TIC Companies, Developed collaboratively by the TIC Council and Filiance. This document defines the application criteria for the European Taxonomy Regulation (EU 2020/852) to the Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC) sector.
The primary objective of this publication is to establish comprehensive guidelines that foster alignment among TIC companies when disclosing Taxonomy-related information. These guidelines, although not mandatory for TIC Council members, serve as a common framework that can be shared with third-party organisations entrusted with delivering Taxonomy-related assurance services.
