TIC Council, the global voice of the testing, inspection and certification sector, is pleased to announce our upcoming webinar, ‘Substantiating green claims in the age of greenwashing’.

The importance of verifying the green credentials of global businesses to ensure these accurately reflect their environmental impact will be the focus of this high-level virtual panel discussion. The TIC sector provides reliable and trusted information to spot greenwashing attempts, and thereby ‘call out’ those who are misrepresenting their efforts to become more sustainable and in doing so mislead consumers.

This panel, which brings together three eminent voices to offer a global, EU and TIC sector perspective on this salient topic will coincide with the release of our new report on the ‘Value of TIC’. The most comprehensive study of the sector to date, it shows that TIC empowers consumers, drives business confidence, and supports policymakers to address critical public policy challenges.
